Product use information (trials): During a pilot or trial, we may collect information about how the product is used and performs (for example, usage events, configuration details, performance metrics, fault/diagnostic information, and related feedback you provide). We will only collect this information to the extent described to participants in trial materials and as permitted by law.

Direct marketing (optional)

We will only send you marketing communications where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us using the details in section 12.

Disclosure of personal information

We disclose personal information on a need-to-know basis and only for the purposes described in this policy.

Employees: Personal information is shared internally with P-ONE employees who need it to perform their duties (e.g., responding to you, providing support, administering participation).

No sale of data: We do not sell personal information.
